• Prescription Eyewear Replacement Program: Prescription orders are eligible for (1) broken replacement within a year of date purchased. Just pay a processing fee of $49.89 for VIP members or $54.89 for non-VIP. Valid prescription required. See full policy below for new and previous prescription orders.
• Returns & Exchanges: Prescription orders may be returned by contacting the optical team within 30 days of purchase for a refund or (1) remake if unsatisfied.  You may email our team using the form here.
  
• Personal Care: A Shady Rays optical team member personally reviews every order to ensure that it will be made perfect for you. If anything needs addressing, we will reach out to you directly. We cannot fill any orders with an expired prescription so please make sure to check the expiration date before uploading your photo.
