Return Process

  Visit the Returns Center

  Head to our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Preference

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your sunglasses for a different style or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original case.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 3-5 business days.
